Sithasolwazi Nkatu EFF student command leader was accused of extorting money from students applying for admission to Buffalo City College. He was also accused of making defamatory statements on social media against the Principal (Mr Singh). Story made waves in the Daily Dispatch (23 January 2020) front page news.
INTERDICT INTERIM ORDER
Sithasolwazi Nkatu was interdicted and restrained from interfering with the academic/administration processes of the college, occupying any of the applicant's student residences, unlawful damage and reputation, receiving/extorting any monies and also from using the applicant's facilities in a wrongful and unjust manner.
