Pakistani national spouse visa application to the U.K has been refused in error. Her spouse has filed a spouse visa to the U.K to bring him in the U.K; she had submitted her application completely and thought of waiting a positive decision on her application. She was disappointed when the entry clearance officer had made her application declined, on the basis that: She was not settled in the U.K – which in fact, she was born in the U.K and had submitted a British passport; She has not provided an online banking statement in regards to her application – which yes, it is true, she may not have had submitted the online banking documents, though, had furnished an actual six (6) month banking statement
