12 weeks in a year available at the Xanadu Time Share located in the little seaside village of Chintsa East. Offering each week at R4,500 for 6 nights stay, making it a very affordable R750 an evening or R125 per person in a group of 6 people.

XANADU & CHINTSA
Xanadu is a gem of the Wild Coast of South Africa and has something for everyone – adventure and relaxation. Xanadu is a time share resort of 18 duplex chalets in beautiful Chintsa East located approx. 100m from the beach.
The unspoilt Chintsa coastline with over 12km of sandy beach and natural forest is perfect for sunbathing, fishing, birding and hiking. The beach at Chintsa is not as busy as the beaches of East London, which make Chintsa an attractive place to stay and vacation - particularly as the sea is mostly flat with small waves, ideal for children.

XANADU CHALET INFO
From the deck of your chalet are views of the ocean and lagoon. You can feel safe as your children play in the recreation centre, or explore nature with the beach only mere 100m away. The duplex chalets, which are serviced daily, are each fully equipped for 6 people (incl. TV, towels and bedding), and have their own private patio with barbeque facilities. Each chalet has an open-plan dining room come lounge (with two sleeper couches), and kitchen area located on the ground floor together with bathroom and room with a queen size bed. Upstairs is a main bedroom with queen size bed and an en suite toilet.

RECREATION CENTRE
The recreation centre boasts a sauna, a pool and a separate baby pool, table tennis, a pool table and a laundromat. Bicycles, canoes, boogy boards and surf boards will soon be available for the guests. Facilities are complementary for owners; other guests have to pay a small fee for the sauna and sports equipment.
